Why isnt my bootlogo working?

okay so i made my own bootlogo on my ipod touch 2nd gen 4.2.1 and when i select it when i reboot it the boot logo doesn't work. But it works in the preview

Search for "animate fix for iOS 4.x.x/5.0.x" in Cydia. It worked for me, and I'm running 5.1.1.
