Tingling sensation in middle of forehead?

I have been experiencing a tingling sensation in the middle of my forehead for a couple of years now. I have no idea what it is and although its not painful its weird and I would like to know what it is. I mainly experience it when I feel very tired, and it almost always precedes me falling asleep. Any information would be great. Thanks.
