Printer is printing very small. help?

Not only is the font to the printer very small, the pages are coming out and taking about 1/4 of the page. I tried as much as i could to get it to fit the full page. When i go to print preview, it allows you to adjust the sizes (shrink to fit), but mine only allows you to adjust it to 1/4 of the page. For example if i go to 80% or even 150%, it will take only 1/4 of the page. The font size changes but not the space it takes up. Please help.
