Can my DWI case be dismissed or thrown out?

I was driving two friends home from the bars one night and they were both intoxicated. I had about 3 beers and two shots. I didn't feel intoxicated and felt I was okay to drive. I pulled over to the side of the road on a rainy night to let my friend throw up in a non parking area. The officer pulled up with no lights but just the brights, and I informed her that I had something to drink. She asked me where i was coming from and where I was going. She asked me to step out and preform FST I thought I did pretty well, but I did stumble a bit, but thats because I was on a slanted drive way. She breathalyzed me and preceded to place me under arrest for DWI. She did not tell me what I blew, after that i started to feel the effects of the alcohol and went through processing. I did the urine tests and all of that. Any info?
